Q. Are all your products brand new?
A. Yes, we guarantee that all our products are completely brand new.

Q. Where are you situated?
A. Our distribution facility is located in inner west of Sydney. We will soon be open to public with a showroom.

Q. Do you really ship Australia Wide?
A. Yes. We offer nation wide shipping service all over Australia, doesn’t matter if it is wheels, tyres, suspension, we can send it! (Please understand if you are in regional areas, we may contact you for extra charges in freight if freight companies extra charges to us). We dispatch everyday via TNT, CouriersPlease, Fedex, Direct Freight & Aramex Courier Service across Australia and overseas.

Q. Do you ship outside of Australia?
A. Yes! We can ship all over the world, please contact blackvenomoffroad@gmail.com for freight quote. We dispatch everyday via TNT, CouriersPlease, Fedex, Direct Freight & Aramex and DHL Courier Service across Australia and overseas.

Q. What's your opening hours?
A. We are open from 8:30-5:00PM weekdays and 9:00-5:00pm Saturday. Sunday & Public Holidays are closed.

Q. Are your products in stock?
A. Yes, most of our 4×4 accessories listed are in stock from our Sydney Based Headoffice & Distribution centre. However if we are out of stock, we will notify you the situation and give you the option to either wait for stocks to arrive or work out an alternate solution. Please note, some accessories may take up to 14-20 weeks to restock as some accessories are made overseas.

Q. How Long does shipping take to arrive once ordered?
A. We ship most of your orders from our Inner West Sydney Headoffice & Distribution centre, our cut off times are 12:30PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. Customers in Australia will normally receive parcels within 1-7 working days depending on your location. Customers outside Australia will receive parcels within 3-14 working days depending on your location. (Please note, during public holidays there will be extra delays, further delays during any pandemic, please be understanding and expect shipping times can be delayed.)

Q. What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

A. At Black Venom Offroad, our customised 4x4 accessories are all crafted to the highest standards. If for any reason your order is damaged or defective, please email us at blackvenomoffroad@gmail.com with pictures attached within 24 hours of receiving it and our team will assist you. All approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be issued as per the original method of payment.

Q. What If I change my mind?
A. We do accept returns however a 15% restocking fee will be charged as well as freight fees reduced from the total purchase priced. Example, product A is $100, freight is $10, total price paid $110. We would deduct 15% off $110.00 and reduce any freight fee if we pay for postage back from you to us. We will inspect the order and make a final decision. 

No returns or refunds if any product has been fitted, used, enhanced or altered in any way shape or form.
